FotoTime has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: fototime.com.

We keep log files that track each picture sent to FotoTime through the FotoAlbum sync process.  The log files are used to help us track problems you may encounter.  We have a database that contains all user information, as well as their pictures.  The database is used so we can keep user and picture statistics.  We use cookies to maintain context information pertaining to you current login.  The cookies are non permanent and expire in 24 hours.  We also track any serious errors that occur within FotoAlbum and send the error information and summary system information to the FotoTime server(s) as part of the FotoAlbum Sync process. This information is only used to help solve problems within FotoAlbum.

Our site's registration form requires users to provide contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send information to our users about our company. We provide an opt-out link at the bottom of all our promotional emailings to stop any future promotional emails sent from FotoTime. 

Any email addresses entered by our users into their address book to send out invitations are kept strictly confidential. FotoTime will not disclose these email addresses nor send out promotional emails to these email addresses.

Security

FotoTime has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Children's Guidelines

This site allows for users to provide both online and personally identifiable offline contact information from children without prior parental consent or parental notification. This site gives children the ability to publicly post or distribute personally identifiable contact information without prior parental consent.

FotoTime gives users the following option for changing and modifying information previously provided.

2. Enter your username and password to log in, then press the login button
3. Select the user information link to change your profile
4. Click Save
